program (QC) that promotes
and maintains superior performance. QC is the cornerstone of our
overall project management and daily operations and is the first
responsibility of every RBMC employee.
What does our QC program mean to you?
It means you can always rely on impeccable service. It means you
never have to worry because we catch even the smallest concern
and remedy it before it turns into a problem for you. We save
you headaches down the line.
How does QC work?
Our QC procedures work in multiple levels. The Basics include
- Well-trained cleaners who use written checklists of required
tasks and are responsible for their performance.
- Cleaning Supervisors who personally observe the performance
of each cleaner several times each day.
- Project Managers who
investigate any reported lapses in the quality of our service
and are responsible for initiating
quick and effective
corrective action
In addition, regular QC inspections ensure the highest professional
standards are met. Our QC audits review service methods and
ensure the efficient use of time and materials.
At all our sites, we encourage employee initiative and awareness
of building conditions. We train and constantly remind our staff
to look for minor problems such as burned-out lights or dripping
faucets, and also for any building conditions that are potentially
dangerous or wasteful. They correct the condition where appropriate
or notify a supervisor. RBMC’s Quality Control program is an integrated effort,
placing equal emphasis on management, mechanical operations, maintenance,
repair, and custodial performance. It creates one of the finest,
